The 28-Day Sprint

    This is not another beginning.

You have started before. January. After the scare. The week the book landed. Each one felt like the one where it would be different, and you could not name the day any of them stopped, because nothing was recorded at the time. The starting is the pattern.

    What this actually is

Twenty-eight days. One standard, chosen by you before the clock starts and defined so clearly that at the end of any day there is no interpretation involved. A record, in your own words and unedited, of every day you held it and every day you did not.

It asks nothing of your motivation. Motivation produced the last four beginnings.

It asks you to record what happens, at the time, and leave it alone.

The shape of the four weeks

Five days a week carry a lesson. The other two are a two minute check-in. The standard runs through all twenty-eight days.

    Before day one

    Start Here

Four pieces of real work before the clock starts: the loop, an honest reading across six dimensions, where the hours actually went, and choosing the standard.

    Week 1

    The Hold

The standard goes live on day one and the record starts the same night. You tell one person, you name what it costs, and on day five you count rather than reflect.

    Week 2

    The Miss

Somewhere this week you miss. That is designed in, not a defect. You run the repair inside twenty-four hours, log both the miss and the return, and find out that the record survives it.

    Week 3

    The Pressure

You raise the difficulty yourself, by a defined amount, and the log starts naming the conditions before the outcome. You finish the week with a number: what your system can currently carry.

    Week 4

    The Record

You read twenty-one days back, out loud. You write what the evidence says rather than what you hoped it would say. Then you assemble the one page manual you carry forward.

    What is included

    • 28 days, one standard, held every one of them
    • 20 content days, five a week, five to fifteen minutes each
    • 8 check-in days, two a week, about two minutes
    • A Start Here module that finds the standard before the clock starts
    • One standard, clearly defined, with a minimum version and a repair
    • Films at each turning point: the start, the miss, the raise, the read-back, and the count
    • Daily written log of held and missed, with repair built in
    • Your Integrity Record: 28 entries, none of them revised
    • A one page Operating Manual you keep
    • Private portal access

Coaching is not therapy. This is structural work, not crisis support.

    Both outcomes are worth it.

Hold the line for twenty-eight days and you have evidence you have never had. Miss it and you have the first honest record of a pattern that has been running without one.

You do not have to show the record to anyone.

The scorecard gave you a reading. This gives you a record. The first one you can argue with. The second one you cannot.

    What you walk away with

One standard, clearly defined, for twenty-eight days.

    01

    One standard

Clearly defined, with a minimum version for hard days and the repair you run when you miss.

    02

    Twenty-eight days of evidence

Held or missed, logged daily. Nobody can argue with it, including you.

    03

    Your carrying capacity

A number for how much load your system absorbs before it gives way.

    04

    An operating manual

One page, dated, written for the version of you who opens it on a bad Tuesday.

    This is for you if

    • You have started programs before and never finished one
    • You can quote the frameworks and still cannot point to evidence
    • Your calendar is full and a daily lesson was never going to happen
    • You want to know the number before you commit to twelve weeks

This is not for you if

    • You are looking for daily motivation content
    • You want someone else to hold the plan for you
    • You are in active crisis and need clinical support

    Questions

How much time does it actually take?

Five days a week it is five to fifteen minutes: the lesson, the prompt, and the log. The checkpoint days at five, twelve, nineteen and twenty-eight are the long ones, because that is where you count. The other two days are a two minute check-in. The Start Here module before day one is longer, about forty minutes in total, and it is the part that decides whether the rest works.

What if I miss a day?

You repair it and keep going. The miss is designed into week two because it is going to happen. A missed day logged honestly is worth more than a held day you did not record.

    Only one standard?

One. Three splits your attention across the exact weeks where concentration is the product. The Operating System is where you build a stack of twelve.

What if the number is bad?

Then you have the first honest record of a pattern you have been running blind for a decade. That is worth the price on its own.

Do I need The Identity Operating System after?

No. The Sprint stands alone. The Identity Operating System is available if you want to keep going.

Is there any live time with Steven?

Not in the Sprint. Coaching adds weekly sessions.
